Afro Love 4 Plants began in December 2025 during a period of recovery. What started as a way to heal physically became something much deeper—a journey that brought peace, purpose, and a lasting connection to plant life.
It began with struggling plants. Purchasing unhealthy plants from big box stores, the focus was simple: bring them back to life. Through patience, trial and error, and hours of learning through social media, those early challenges became opportunities for growth.
As confidence grew, so did curiosity. Attending plant conventions and expos opened the door to a wider world of plant culture, connection, and knowledge. That journey expanded further through sourcing plants from social platforms, building relationships, and exploring rare tropical varieties.
What started with just a few plants quickly transformed into a thriving personal collection of over 150 rare and exotic tropical plants.
